MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Years Experience, Skills)
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a Minimum of 10 years of IT
experience in development life cycle of commercial/business software
applications.
- At Least 3 years experience in e-commerce (distributed
applications) development using EDI and XML related technologies.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously,
capacity to adapt quickly and effectively to a changing environment, possess
excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and analyze business requirements
- Design/Develop/Maintain software applications using GXS AI
- Participate in the design reviews and/or preparation of
detailed design specifications
- Modify/customize the existing EDI applications to meet
customer requirements
- Prepare test plans and test cases/scenarios for unit and
integration/regression testing
- Test and ensure the quality of the applications developed
through Unit/Integration testing process
- Coordinate with testers, QA/configuration management in
deployment of the software
- Complete necessary project/application documentation including
specification, design, programmer's
maintenance manual, etc.
