FA reconciliation report in webmethods

Hi All,
We have started using webmethods for our EDI and found
that the FA reconciliation report out of the box
is missing the functionality around the overdue 997
messages.

I wanted to find out how others who are using
webmethods for their EDI are generating the FA
reconciliation report.
