Joe,

As I recall one of SAC02 or SAC03 is required, i.e. use a X12 code or a
industry code list like VICS EDI. Since the SAC01 is "N" indicating neither
an allowance nor charge this would make me think they are requesting some
service or action by the supplier that does not cost anything. Did you
check SAC03/04??
