X12 definitions are online at

EDIFACT is at http://www.unece.org/trade/untdid/welcome.htm

Once you find the element number (66) for the BT qualifier, you can look at
all other possible values in the Data Element dictionary.

Look at existing company examples for qualifiers that are on common use...
BT, ST, SU, MA, etc...
