Inplace Upgrade - 4.0.2 to 4.1.15

We are doing an in place upgrade from 4.0.2 to 4.1.15. I would love any
feedback anyone can offer. I've done it in our development environment and
have found it to be fairly simple and straight forward, using the SDK NOT
the JRE java version.



What have been some of the issues that have come up with this process? Is
there something that we should be looking for or to be careful with? Any
help would be much appreciated.
