Use an 855 to reject the PO.
Your backend system will have to generate the
rejection and send it back to gentran. A 997 is not
appropriate because the document is structurally
sound.
Since the bulk PO has a different order type, your app
system can look at that code to determine if loading
is appropriate or not.
