One thing I've noticed in the emails I've received so far is that IBM
has done a good
job at disguising what it offers. IBM has a huge
number of products that have had several names in the past few years.
I'm dealing with something called a 'Partner Gateway' that uses
'Community Manager' and 'DIS' to do
EDI. I'm not sure how they tie
together or how it works with the rest of the webSphere products we
have... yet... not sure how many millions we spent but we have a slew
of software to use.... and are trying to figure out what would be the
best solution and present those options against any political
solutions. ;)
