Design and develop B2B\
EDI exchanges including business process
analysis and map development. The position requires exceptional B2B
knowledge including a thorough understanding of EDI, EDIINT, AS1,
AS2, EDIFACT, and
data mapping. Excellent knowledge mapping
tools
and especially Inovis is required. This position reports to the
Sr. VP of Engineering.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and architecture of the SmartEquip B2B
Gateway exchange
Ability to analyze business processes and develop data maps that
integrate B2B transactions
Fully responsible for understanding product requirements and
creating B2B software solutions that meet client needs
Responsible for suggesting
functionality improvements and
enhancements to the B2B gateway product offering
Ability to communicate well with clients and subject matter
experts to understand user needs
Ability to work in a team-oriented, start-up environment
Job Requirements
5 years experience designing and developing B2B\EDI solutions
Expert knowledge of EDI, EDIINT, EDIFACT, AS1, AS2, and mapping
tools
Priority will be give to candidate with prior Inovis experience
Unix experience also helpful
Experience with
use cases and software development process
methodologies
Ability to work with deadlines and a positive `can-do' attitude
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environment
Self-motivated, high-energy, and articulate
Passionate about software development and B2B exchanges
Education
Bachelor's degree required; BS in Computer Science preferred
