Mercator TPPC32 report writer has a FD command with argument of DECIMAL....
to round off data.
What will be the FD command to truncate the data instead of round off ?

e.g. to modify the volume from 32.175 cubic inches to 32.1 cubic inches
instead of 32.2 cubic inches
