Michael,
As much as I'd love to add stronger language to your question, I
have to tone it down a little to get an answer, but I will definitely ask
the question. I want to get a dialogue going in front of other delegates.
I want them to seriously consider the questions, answers, and who is doing
right on HIPAA and what it is going to cost.
I am really serious about holding Ganske and possibly Nussle
publicly accountable on this HIPAA mess. I'd love to do the same to the
other parties, but they don't allow such interactions.
Again, I ask for your questions, problems with the law, suggestions
for corrective legislation.
