Good suggestions, except. I like highlighting the <JOBS> posts. If you
are looking for a new position, this helps a person to find the
postings of interest faster. If you are not looking, knowing what the
post is about helps to skip over the unnecessary.
<TECH> could also be useful if used to let people know you're in
urgent need of technical assistance - either that could be used or
possibly this tag <HELP!!!>
