But we are actually doing business with a automotive firm in Europe called
Magna and they are only willing to send VDA unfortunately....

Can't help with that directly, but we are doing business with VW and
they're using EDIACT (well, really ODETTE, but there's little
difference), maybe if you're having trouble with VDA, you might get them
to send you ODETTE?

Thanks Chris, that does help a lot. I was beginning to think there
weren't
too many people who have used VDA. With a quick search on the web I was
able
to find some VW documentation which may help. Now I just need to find
out
out if I can build a custom map in Gentran:Application Integrator to
process
the files...
Anyone...?
