Country codes are defined in ISO 3166-1

Try http://www.unece.org/cefact/

Select 'Codes for trade facilitation' and then 'country codes'

Where can I get a list of Country Codes?
The info I have is Dictionary # 0026 and they are 2 or 3 characters.
