RE: Where to set GS03 for outbound s

Phil,
Actually, the GS03 is the Application Receiver's Code not the sender code.
I am not familiar with the software you mention, but that fact may make a
difference as to how you resolve the matter in your software.

Subject: [EDI-L] Where to set GS03 for outbound messages
Hello,
I am really glad to find this group. I am hoping that you guys can
help me out. We are trying to send outbound messages to a client for
the first time. We sent them our interchange but they said that we
need to change the GS03 element to be different. I have spent hours
trying to figure out how to so this but I have had no luck. The
product that we are using is EDI 2.1. I think it is a Harbinger
product. It is being run on an AS400. The GS03 is supposed to be
the Application Sender's Code but I can't find where to set that
value. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
Thanks,
-Phil
