Phil,

The steps involved require a bit of information from you (such as syntax
sets used and a few other things), so I think the best way to help you is
if you contact me. I am in my office today and in just a few minutes
should be able to step you though what is needed.

Subject: [EDI-L] Where to
set GS03 for outbound messages

Hello,

I am really glad to find this group. I am hoping that you guys can
help me out. We are trying to send outbound messages to a client for
the first time. We sent them our interchange but they said that we
need to change the GS03 element to be different. I have spent hours
trying to figure out how to so this but I have had no luck. The
product that we are using is EDI 2.1. I think it is a Harbinger
product. It is being run on an AS400. The GS03 is supposed to be
the Application Sender's Code but I can't find where to set that
value. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-Phil
