Transout file?

Hello. I'm using Gentran 5.1.2 (32 bit) PC and I need to generate a transout
file. The raw edi comes into the Transin folder and has the ISA and GS segments.
I need to generate a similar file (from an imported flat file) going out. We
want to skip the communications part of Gentran and simply use the translator
but the outgoing file seems to be tied to the communications.
Any help would be appreciated!
