Gentran Server NT : Process Control

Subject: Gentran Server NT : Process Control

Hello,

Gentran Server 3.2 installed on Windows2000 Server SP3

In process control - sessions

First, I have specified a GDW_send command with my extraction gateway
mailbox,"edi_customs", and set "All" for Partner and transaction. Name of this
session is "All send".

Second, I go to create Events for use "All send" session. I only set time
to start and end, interval time. The name of this event is "Test 2 Custom".

Third, I click an activate button to run "Test 2 Custom" event. The red
button appears for a long time and then I click to see Active event. In that
place, the green arrow points at GDW_send command and it freezes here. I must
stop Gentran service and click suspend button to correct this problem.

This is an error message from Gentran Audit Log :

1747:Translator: Compliance errors were found

1748:Translator: File \\GENSERV02\Gensrvnt\ErrorData\71.OER contained data that
could not be imported

I already set network part in imports configuration and I used to import,
post and send to this mailbox by Workspace and Out. I already reinstall it and
found this problem again. Why can I use this GDW_Send command to send message
automatically to "edi_customs" mailbox?

Can anybody help me resolving this problem please.

Regards
Kulanak
