Bonjour Anne,

I would say that you have to be able to do both...

First when you start EDI for a company, you might have go work alone for a
while until come the time where your day to day is taking to much time and
it's slowing down EDI implementations or new project. Then you will need to
get help and start building your team.

Note that being the soul EDI person on the job is stressful when you go on
vacation or when you are sick.....
