I'm more or less always on call ... it's just sometimes I don't answer.

I have been the team myself and now am part of a team, and I have to say I
prefer the latter. I received only 1 voice mail while away on vacation. In
the past I've had to take a laptop and modem with me so I could keep an eye
on things. When it was just me, it was nice to have the control and the
confidence that I was aware of any changes taking place. There was always
this nagging sensation that there were so many other things I'd like to be
doing if I wasn't so caught up in the day-to-day stuff. Now I am free to
work on bringing up new trading partners, and supporting business changes.

Not to get all mushy or anything, but this list is my team.

Can anyone be on call for me this weekend? :)
