RE: 997 enveloping

Kleinschmidt uses the sender/receiver from the transaction sent. When we do
translation for customers we are acting as their agent. However, we can
change the ID's upon request.
There are exceptions to this rule however. We do a lot of freight bill
transactions. Some carriers ask us to send them back a 997 on invoices
going to certain customers when we deliver the freight bills, since some
companies have a habit of loosing them. For those 997's we modify the
sender/receiver or the version so that they know that it is network
generated.
