Thank you for that information. It is timely and useful. I would point out
however
that both times this information was posted it was from Australia. Is the
Australian branch of GEIS the only one to provide any kind of support? Does the
US
branch know how to handle situations in its back yard?

I may sound a little terse but with an impending rate increase approaching I
want to
get the support I am paying for.
