Karen,
The US Senate does make legislation available on line. I just don't
have the URL in front of me. Also, Sen. Kennedy's office should be most
happy to supply you information, from his point of view, of course. I would
think one of your 2 state's senators offices would have information on it,
especially if you have the bill's designation number.
Other than that, I check with any Health Insurance Advocacy group or
the AMA. Both of those entities should have websites.
