Invois version 2.11 (AS400)
Hello Group,
I am seeking help from any experts out there in Invois ( Formerly Peregrine)
Version 2.11. I currently run a bi-synch line which is costly and undependable.
Every few days I get dropped while having an Active line or cannot get a
handshake when I dial out. I want to go to a a-synch line asap with IBM VAN asap
to eliminate these issues.
The problem is I have had conflicting reports from Invois Support Line id they
support a-synch on version 2.11 for the AS400. I will be migrating to EV5 in
December but hate to wait until then as issues are happening frequently.Can
anyone out there confirm either way for me if this is supported on 2.11? By the
way I have called IBM about the drop line & inability to connect & they have no
answers for me as to why it's happening or the resolution.
