AS2 with GXS (formerly GEIS)

I am attempting to get someone at GXS (formerly GEIS) to help me set up
EDI document exchange via AS2 (EDIINT). So far I have had no luck after
3 days and many phone calls.

Has anyone done this. Does anyone have a contact that might be able to
help me?
