VAT Triangular Tax in EDIFACT INVOIC

Subject: VAT Triangular Tax in EDIFACT INVOIC
I have a need to implement triangular tax for a D.98A INVOIC.

The VAT requirements include a tax point date, a payment due date,
and a Law Reference. The Law Reference is just a text field.

I can match up the tax point date with DTM+131. A payment due date
can be done with DTM+140. While tax point date can sort of stand on
its own, the payment due date would not be able to, for it would
refer to the invoice's payment due date. This would have to be in the
parent context of a VAT triangular transaction.

RFF doesn't seem to offer anything pertaining to VAT or triangular
tax.

Nor could I find much even in D.01A.

Has anybody implemented European triangular taxation? Is there an
industry standard way of doing it?

Thanks,

Andrew
