Problem with Harbinger Trusted Link.

hi,
I'm using Harbinger TLE 5.1 Win. XP. How do you check the correct reason for a
problem with turn around? I know we can check in \work\fltrpt.log. But this was
not very helpful? I have attached the error message below. Any comments are
welcome.
