I find it strange that Mercator (TSI) would stop selling the Trading
Partner PC (TPPC). After all the software is complete and it is a
great product and well suited to the small enterprise, especially the
ones forced to do EDI.
If they can't find a buyer (which is unlikely because of the venture
capitalists bad taste in the .com/software market) I think that TSI
should seriously consider releasing Trading Partner PC to the Open
Source community. This would be a win-win situation for TSI (more
Mercator sales), consultants (more work), the little guy (less cost),
and the economy (more people connected).
