Ditto Art's comments. Plus, if recruiters are truly serious about getting

We have multiple requirements for EDI-HIPAA Project Managers who have
detailed understanding of and prior experience working with EDI transaction
sets related to HIPAA compliance within the healthcare / insurance industry.
Please send me an email detailing your strengths and experience regarding
testing, compliance and/or certification of conformance for HIPAA based EDI
transactions. In particular, our project includes working with a large group
of trading partners to certify their EDI transactions conform to the
standard as mandated by HIPAA. Also, I would like to know your availability
(please provide a date) if you are selected for the project. In addition,
