Gentran Server 3.1 duplicate issue
Did anyone have problems with Gentran producing dupes when sending? Check
out this log:
09:01:57 AM - Using device Internet FTP
09:01:58 AM - Attempting connect to: 999.99.999.99
09:02:05 AM - FtpSndAtm
09:02:09 AM - Send complete for 243 bytes
09:02:10 AM - FtpSndAtm
09:05:16 AM - ERROR: CSocket::Receive failed: Unknown Explanation
09:05:16 AM - Send complete for 986649 bytes
09:05:19 AM - Attempting connect to: 999.99.999.99
09:05:44 AM - FtpSndAtm
09:08:19 AM - Send complete for 986649 bytes
09:08:20 AM - FtpRcvMsg mailbox.txt
The same file gets sent twice. It sends the file and gets an ERROR but
completes the send away. The data is not marked "picked up" and it decides
to resend it again.
Sterling Commerce told me the only option I have is to upgrade to a new
version.
Did anyone have a similar problem?
