on addition to that, their school system train them better than ours,
therefore most of the time they have better qualified people & cheap
labor..... (just my opinion, don't mean to start an argument)
..and no, I am not from India.
Shame on our school system (at least the one in Palm beach county,
Florida).

The reason is due to 2 simple words CHEAP LABOR. Why pay an full price for
an American when you could get an H1B for half the price. Better yet you can
just send the job overseas just like the job description listed below!
