867 is being used by ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas -
www.ercot.com ) for some of their communications. I don't
have the specs with me, but I believe that they are doing a period usage report,
history of usage and something else. If I find
the spec when I return to Texas, I will send them to you.
