Charles,
Lets remember that the exercise is to exchange data.
If I had to receive the data electronically from the
trading partner in three days then I would:
1. Receive the file as it is currently being sent.
2. Identify were the important parts of the data are
in the file (ie. PO Number, Part number, Qty, etc.)
3. Print the data.
4. Markup the important information.
5. Have someone hand key the data.
This will give you and your trading partner time to
identify the best solution for the problem.
