<HELP> Mercator/TPPC32 Report Writer

For Mercator/ TPPC32 users:
Anyone know how to include the " (quotation mark) in the actual output file
using the TPPC/32 report writer?
Currently you need to include text with the quotation mark to send a string
to the output.
However, if you have more than two quotation mark you will get an error.
ie, if the string is "TEST".
The out put will be:
TEST
I need to have the output looks like:
"TEST"
