Hi Dan --

Have you discussed this with the trading partner? Some allow releases
against a blanket PO. Otherwise, you'll have to work with them, elevate
to the appropriate level, live with the pain, or decide to shut them off
of EDI and put them back on paper until they resolve the problem. Did
you sign a contract with them, and was this covered in the TP
agreement? Did you review the guidelines with them? And how important
is this EDI relationship to your management & the company? Are they a
little supplier or a big $$ customer?

Just a few thoughts.

Does anyone else have trading partners that send duplicate
documents
within an ISA envelope?
I'd like to know how any one else resolved this with their trading
partners.
