With your volume and requirements it might be beneficial for you to consider
letting a service bureau do this for you. If you want to go that route,
make sure they have worked with AS2 before. Talk to references. See who's
happy, and more importantly who's not and why not.

You will get a number of excellent suggestions for service providers and
tools here. I can hear them thinking now, "Ooh, fresh meat." LOL
