RE: EDI Spec builder

The one the that I have used, and have been very satisfied with, is EDIFECS
SpecBuilder. It's worked well as it does not only X12 and EDIFACT, but also
RosettaNet, and XML in general. I believe that they have a demo on their
website www.edifecs.com I'm not sure what the exact package is, but you can
either import your customers data and create specs, create sample data from
loaded specs, or simply view standards. Some of our customers use EDIFICE,
and it's been super easy to create customized for them specs - you load a
SEF file, customize it to your needs and print it out, save as XML, as
another SEF file.
Thank you,
Mike Forrester

Subject: [EDI-L] EDI Spec builder
I was asked to look for a EDI Spec builder for our Dept. Anybody
have any recommendations. Price will be an issue since we have to
buy 10-15 licenses.
Thank you,
Mike
