Sanjeev,
the HIPAA EDI standards are a subset (with a conditional twist) from the
X12 transactions. The subcommitee within X12 creating the HIPAA
EDI implementation guides is X12N. Look at www.x12.org
and www.wedi.org for more info and www.wpc-edi.com for HIPAA EDI
guides.
