Customer Support Analyst
Bellevue, WA 98005

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Customer
Support Analyst. You will work with customers via phone and e-mail to
support our enterprise suite of products.

Essential Skills:

·2 or more years of experience in the IT Industry Customer
support,
preferably in the EDI Industry.
·Strong working knowledge of – Windows
95/98/NT/2000, PC Hardware/Software and peripherals.
·Customer driven attitude.
·Excellent communication, problem solving, people skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·Act as an initial contact point for technical support
requests.
·Answers the Customer Support Lines 5AM to 2PM
·Act as a liaison between developers and customers.
·Gather sufficient information about the problem to allow a
solution to be found.
·Additional minor duties may be assigned as necessary.
·Provide various levels of support depending on background and
experience of support personnel.
·Refer customers to suitable documentation.
·Refer to internal documents and tech support histories to
answer general questions.
·Investigate problem and try to reproduce/solve it.
