940 Guidelines(Warehouse Shipping Order)

Hi All
Does anyone of you have done 940 transaction? One of
our client wants to do 940 transaction and this is
one traction that I haven't done so far.
Can any one you can send me the guidelines for this
transaction?
I know that your guidelines build to fit your company
requirements, I want to take a first cut of the
guidelines to get an idea of what needs to be done .
