RE: Average Cost question
I have just gone through with our VAN, Easylink Services. In the detailed
bill they use Message bytes not Kilo characters.
Now they send us a CD along with the paper bill which has files that we
import into excel etc... And we determin our
Kilo Characters this way.
What I do not understand here is that All vans charge by Kilo characters but
they cannot easily show you details by this
unit of measure. Easylink said that they could not get me the information
because it was to tedious to be done for one
customer.

Cindy,
I'll ask the obvious questions but have you requested a detail bill from
your VAN? Every VAN bills differently but they should be able to give
you a detailed bill upon request. Call your VAN sales rep. If they
can't provide a detailed bill I would suggest looking for another VAN
that can provide this information. Good luck.
