<sales> <TECH> Web EDI solution ??

Hello Raj,
at first you should contact your busienss partner, and ask them to establish
real EDI process connections for those use cases. There are only a few process
types which are offered only via web. Perhaps at leastr there is a kind of Excel
download link.
If you cannot agree with your customers on establishing an automated B2B
Connection, you can then have a look at some productivity tools. I know that
SEEBURGER offers a integrated solution which uses iPoint's Web Agent to monitor
and scrape Information from Web Pages and then automatically push them into you
backend systems.
So in my experience it helps, if you ask the customers for alternatives.
Note: parsing information from web pages does automate the task and might help
your situation, but it is not an ideal solution, since the interface is not as
release stable as edi messaging would be. You get all kind of support problems
if the layout of the pages change too much, or if you simple need to archive the
received data for legal or audit purpose.
Greetings
Bernd
