RE: Response to a 204
Sean,
I do not think there is any carrier out there supporting the 220 as a response
to the 204. The normal response for a 204 is a 990, which in the current
versions is pretty stripped down to the nothing. It only really allows the
carrier to express if they want the shipment and their PRO#.
Also, I think the 220 is the response to the 219.

Is there an adequate respose to a 204 message. We send a logistics provider
a 204 and we want them to send a respose to that message to let us know if
that particular load will be billed at the normal or discount rate.
I've been looking at the 220 which I could use to meet my needs but I'm
curious if something exists that would be better suited.
