Karen,
We've had good luck with CLEO's LexiCom in the past, and their support
team is knowledgeable and responsive. Their LexiCom product, which has
support for S/FTP as well as AS2, has a built-in scheduler and is written
in Java, so it's platform independent. More info @ www.cleo.com.
