Job Description:
1. Map the following standard transactions:
receive 850 (Purchase Order) - into SAP,
receive 864 (Text message, used for error, communications and new store
information) - stop in Gentran - reporting only,
receive 860 (Purchase order change) - stop in Gentran - reporting only,
send 856 (Advanced Shipping Notice) - out of SAP,
send 810 (Invoice) - out of SAP,
send & receive 997 (Functional Acknowledgments associated with above
documents) - in/out of Gentran
2. Identify and implement IDOC layouts required for the list of
transaction sets, except 864 and 860 which would require a form layout
map (to either print or place in a shared folder)
3. Configure the EDI interface software
4. Map the list of transaction sets required by TARGET within the EDI
translation software (Gentran)
5. Build the TARGET partner profile within SAP
6. Work with the TARGET testing team to schedule and perform the testing
for production certification
7. Coordinate the carton label to ensure it is synchronized with the ASN
from the shipping/logistics department
8. Coordinate SAP SD configuration with a SD consultant to support
freight collect process

Primary Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in mapping standard X12 documents(850,
864, 856, 810, 997), configuring EDI interface software (Gentran),
building the partner profile in SAP, and SD module of SAP.
