Back haul has to do with the shipping vehicle and backordered has to do
with product. If you back hauled a back ordered PO you would have an
empty truck.:)

Is ASN 856 required for Wal-Mart back haul shipments? Retail link
states that
"all shuppliers shipping to a Wal-Mart General Merchandise Distribution
Center
must send the EDI 856 transation 24 hours before the shipment is
scheduled to
arrive." Does this include or exclude "back haul" to their distribution
center?
