RE: FAX-to-Order Software?
I'm seeking a solution available in the USA. Government mandated privacy
requirements would probably preclude a hosted solution. I would not expect any
physical scanning of faxes as the fax arrives in electronic format. I'm
assuming any OCR software would convert the fax directly once it is converted
to TIFF format. Currently, I believe the client has a fax server that routes
the faxes as email attachments. I'll know more tomorrow after I interview the
fax order system owner.
