Thanks Rita - Hopefully Warmart is not going to send me an 812 - I am not ready
to receive them yet. I was interested in sending an 812 (or 810 with BIG07)
outbound. We are a supplier and often give credit to our customers on
returned/defect products. But it seemed like that not many companies are ready
to process credit/debit memos via EDI.

Hi Anna:

There are several very large retailers that send out the 812 to their
suppliers; one of which is Wal-Mart. Its not a difficult transaction to
implement but business rules and close coordination between the finance groups
is key to its success and understanding of the code definitions. Alos,
frequency of the data has been weekly and usually reflected in the following
payment cycle.
