Olga,
Looks like it's a 'SHIPMENT INFORMATION FOR EXPORT DECLARATION' document
as defined under the TDCC agency (Transportation Data Coordinating
Committee) umbrella. I see it defined in the M2/8 (TDCC GENERAL VERSION 2
RELEASE 8) specifications as well as some of the earlier M2/* & M1/*'s.
