In short it is totally new map only thing is data analaysis is done as that is
present in visual mapper correct me if I am wrong genrally how much time it will
take for 1 traslation. Other thing I will get Specs from client is this thing
can help me to do it fast.

What you are going to have to do is look at all of the mapping instructions in
the visual maps, and "translate" them into intsructions for Application
Integration. There is also no conversion utility for converting the app files
to ddf files. Everything will be a manual process for you.
The silver lining is the fact that both map types can be used by the translator
in version 6.0. So you have some time.
