Yes, give or take the feature that I would guess in the vast majority of
cases, everthing including the telephone is susceptible to a over eager
backhoe. Real path diversity is a hard thing to ensure.

Do people really hardwire IP addresses into EDI-INT software? Thats the
whole point of the DNS system. It's designed to be distributed and
redundant, with automatic updates.
